For a high-growth market leader in its industry, we are seeking an experienced leader who will guide a strategically important business area into its next phase of development with vision and shaping strength.

In this key role, you will assume overall responsibility for the further development of CRM, Customer Engagement, and strategic Partner Management, reporting directly to the executive board. You combine entrepreneurial thinking with excellent execution skills and create structures that enable sustainable growth.

Your area of responsibility includes both the strategic direction and the operational advancement of an established team of around 25 employees. You will lead managers and experts, develop teams further, and shape an environment where data-driven decisions, customer-centricity, and collaborative growth work together seamlessly.
