Your Role

  • You ensure the accurate recording and ongoing maintenance of working and absence times, and conduct regular quality checks in the time management system.
  • You prepare monthly time management closings for the region.
  • As a competent contact person, you support managers and employees with questions about time management, working time models, and system-based processes.
  • You actively contribute to the implementation of updates in time management systems and ensure the transfer of knowledge on time management topics.
  • You create evaluations and reports, analyze time management data, and derive insights for quality assurance and process improvements.
  • You actively engage in the team, take on administrative HR tasks, and support the optimization of regional HR processes.
  • Additionally, you collaborate on selected topics along the employee lifecycle – such as recruiting, onboarding, employee development, or offboarding.

Your Profile

  • You have completed commercial training and/or a degree with a focus on business, human resources, or labor law.
  • You bring several years of relevant professional experience in the HR field; experience in time management is an advantage.
  • You enjoy working with numbers and data and have excellent Excel skills as well as ideally experience with SAP or comparable HR systems.
  • You have a good understanding of labor time regulations and quickly and systematically familiarize yourself with new topics and systems.
  • You impress with precision, reliability, and a careful, solution-oriented approach.
  • You communicate clearly and service-oriented and act professionally towards managers and employees.
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and discretion in handling sensitive personnel data complete your profile.
