What to expect:

• Commercial & technical project management of our real estate projects (across Austria) with end-to-end responsibility for results across all project phases (from project acquisition & planning to utilization)
• Primary contact for all internal & external stakeholders for the projects you are responsible for
• Conducting ongoing target-actual comparisons & optimizing project success
• Coordination/communication with planners, authorities & executing trades

What you should bring:

• Completed education with a technical focus
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (construction project management, project leadership, site supervision, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of construction technology and knowledge of relevant standards
• Strong expertise in trade awarding (AVA) & subcontractor coordination
• Analytical, structured work approach & quick comprehension
• High level of integrity, teamwork & personal responsibility
