Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training (e.g., apprenticeship, HAK, university of applied sciences, or equivalent qualification)
• Several years of practical experience in accounting, ideally in an international or SME environment
• Basic understanding of controlling, confident use of MS Excel, and a strong affinity for technology
• Willingness to travel (Austria, Wiener Neudorf & Switzerland, Wallisellen in the canton of Zurich)
• Excellent German skills, very good English (French is an advantage)
• Structured, reliable, and independent work approach with a strong affinity for numbers
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of a combination of accounting and administrative tasks
• Team-oriented personality with a high service and interface orientation

Your responsibilities:

• Support in ongoing accounting and controlling
• Processing of accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing
• Execution and verification of travel expense and expense reports, including per diems
• Assistance with monthly and annual closings, as well as account and cost reconciliations
• Support in operational finance and reporting
• Handling general administrative tasks in day-to-day business
