Your competence profile:

• You have successfully built or scaled a rapidly growing company or business unit—ideally from an already larger and more complex environment
• You are familiar with a business model involving high goods turnover, high delivery readiness, tight margins, and technological or regulatory dynamics
• You have developed executives, built high-performance teams, and clearly and effectively embedded responsibility within the organization
• You bring international operational experience—ideally in establishing or managing country structures and standardized processes
• You currently hold a position as Managing Director, General Manager, or in a comparable overall responsibility. Equally interesting is the next step from the first reporting level or extended management, provided the scope of responsibility and leadership experience are fully present
• You think entrepreneurially, make clear and swift decisions, and combine pragmatism with reliability, integrity, and humility
• You are prepared to be personally present at the company’s location in western Lower Austria at least three days per week

Your future responsibilities:

• You will assume overall operational responsibility for the company, including budget, results, balance sheet, cash flow, personnel, and organization
• You will scale the organization and business model and drive operational expansion into additional countries and markets
• You will build a high-performance leadership team with clear responsibilities, lead and develop executives, and ensure strong decision-making capabilities
• You will manage procurement, forecasting, warehousing, logistics, delivery readiness, receivables, and working capital in a business with high goods turnover and tight margins
