What to expect:

• Independent controlling of projects, companies & participations as well as commercial management of holding companies & SPVs
• Commercial support for new and existing residential properties – from land acquisition to ongoing asset management or sale
• Preparation of budget planning, (rolling) forecasts & target/actual comparisons as well as liquidity & cash flow management, including interpretation of key figures & derivation of recommendations for action
• End-to-end management of equity & debt financing
• Execution of reporting, data analysis & handling of commercial as well as project-specific special topics
• Communication with internal & external stakeholders (e.g., banks, shareholders, investors, service providers)
• Further development of controlling through digital solutions, process automation & the use of AI-powered tools

What you should bring:

• Degree in business studies with a focus on controlling/finance/real estate
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (accounting, controlling, corporate finance), ideally with a real estate background
• Analytical mindset & ability to prepare complex relationships in an understandable way
• Structured, precise & proactive way of working
• Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
• High level of integrity, teamwork & personal responsibility
