Job Description

- Development and implementation of the global product roadmap
- Responsibility for profitability, positioning, and performance of product families
- Analysis of markets, technologies, competitors, and customer trends
- Close collaboration with Sales, R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Production
- Conducting product training, presentations, and customer demos
- Management of hardware, software, and service topics throughout the entire lifecycle

Requirements

- Completed degree (technical or with a strong affinity for technology)
- Initial experience in Product Management, Sales, or a product-related role in a B2B/industrial environment
- Analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Structured work approach and strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Curiosity, agility, and interest in innovation and sustainability
- Enjoyment of presentations, storytelling, and international collaboration
- Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
