Hallein is the largest of four Bosch production plants in Austria. Within the Bosch Group, Hallein serves as the international competence center for large engines. True to the motto "Made in Austria - for the world," injection systems for large engines are developed, produced, and distributed globally at this location, used, for example, in ships, locomotives, or power generation units. The site also works on injection systems for alternative fuels. Additionally, the Rif facility houses the production of Denoxtronic systems for exhaust gas aftertreatment in commercial vehicles.

• You will be responsible for the comprehensive handling of the shipping process in the automotive environment within the shipping area of our logistics workshop.
• You will create shipments based on delivery dates and assign the corresponding transports.
• You will announce transports, prepare the loading processes, and carry them out.
• You will administratively complete the shipping processes and ensure the correct filing of shipping documents.

• Personality and work approach: You are characterized by a precise and structured way of working and reliably adhere to established standards. Your flexibility and willingness to work in a two-shift system make you a valuable team member. You bring the drive to actively contribute to improving our processes.
• Experience and know-how: You have user knowledge of SAP/IT systems.
• Qualifications / Enthusiasm: You bring a high level of enthusiasm for the areas of logistics, warehousing, and quality. A valid forklift license and basic customs training are advantageous.
• Education: Training as a logistics specialist or similar logistics education, or solid experience in logistics, forklift license, and basic customs training are advantageous.
• Languages: Good knowledge of German and English.

Working hours: 38.5 h/week

For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out that the collective bargaining agreement annual gross salary in the metal industry for this position is €42,138 (including 13th and 14th monthly salaries). Our attractive salary packages are based on the current market and, depending on qualifications and professional experience, are significantly above the stated minimum wage.
