Embedded in a young team of (Junior) Consultants, you will get to know the recruiting process with a focus on the healthcare sector from the ground up in all areas: from the search process (national & international) to administrative processing, all the way to selecting suitable candidates.

With our motto "Training on the Job," you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the following processes during your internship:

• Selection processes for a wide range of positions across all areas of the healthcare industry
• Phone interviews, accompanying in-person interviews, and follow-up (creating candidate reports, coordinating candidate meetings with clients)
• Searching for suitable candidates in various databases
• Administrative tasks to support our dynamic team

For this internship, the following qualifications are helpful:

• Ongoing psychology or business studies (university of applied sciences/university), ideally with a focus on HR
• Initial administrative experience and interest in HR management and recruiting
• Excellent German and English skills
• Efficient and structured way of working
• Proactive attitude and hands-on mentality
