Embedded in a young team of (Junior) Consultants, you will get to know the recruiting process with a focus on the healthcare sector from the ground up in all areas: from the search process (national & international) to administrative processing, all the way to selecting suitable candidates.

- Selection processes for a wide range of positions across all areas of the healthcare industry
- Phone interviews, accompanying in-person interviews, and follow-up (creating candidate reports, coordinating candidate meetings with clients)
- Searching for suitable candidates in various databases
- Administrative tasks to support our dynamic team
For this internship, the following qualifications are helpful:
- Ongoing psychology or business studies (university of applied sciences/university), ideally with a focus on HR
- Initial administrative experience and interest in HR management and recruiting
- Excellent German and English skills
