Your Responsibilities

You will take on a versatile role in ongoing accounting and work closely with internal contacts and colleagues in an international environment.

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Ongoing financial accounting and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with UGB and IFRS
• Processing and reviewing travel expense reports
• Preparation of payment transactions and execution of bank transfers
• Fixed asset accounting
• Posting of payroll accounting
• Support with liquidity planning
• Preparation of external reports and reconciliation of intercompany receivables and payables

What You Bring

For us, it is crucial that you have already gained practical experience in accounting and enjoy working independently.

Ideally, you have:

• A completed commercial education
• Professional experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of Austrian accounting and tax law
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good English skills
• A precise, structured, and reliable way of working
• Training as a certified accountant is an advantage but not a requirement.

For this full-time position, an annual gross salary starting from EUR 45,000 is offered. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay above this amount.
