  • support the Process Management team in recording, analyzing, and documenting business processes in passenger transport.
  • work closely with process owners and departments, gaining insights into different working methods, requirements, and organizational structures.
  • assist in collecting and maintaining process data and ensuring high data quality and governance.
  • contribute to defining and further developing process KPIs and help measure the success of optimization measures.
  • prepare process documentation, guidelines, and training materials, supporting the sustainable integration of process management knowledge in the departments.
  • independently take on task packages and support the structuring and continuous improvement of processes.
  • have a dedicated contact person by your side throughout your assignment to support you with professional and organizational questions.
