Job Description

- You assume overall responsibility for national and international projects, keeping a constant eye on objectives, deadlines, costs, quality, and resources - With your strong technical understanding, you grasp complex interrelationships, ask the right questions, and ensure that technical requirements and project goals align - You develop project structure and process plans as well as time and budget schedules, oversee their implementation, and initiate targeted countermeasures in case of deviations - You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and sub-projects, bring together relevant stakeholders, and ensure clear responsibilities and smooth information flow - You continuously monitor project risks and relevant key performance indicators, using them as a basis for well-founded decisions and active project controlling - As an internal consultant, you support departments and stakeholders with project-related questions, develop solution approaches, and contribute your experience to optimize processes and project workflows - You prepare reports, decision-making bases, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, coordinate project-related meetings, and document essential project results - You analyze project progress with a focus on improvement potential and continuously develop project work through "Lessons Learned" - Collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners and suppliers is part of your daily routine

Requirements

- Completed university degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in food technology, technical, or business fields - Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the beverage, food, or process industry - Excellent technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical interrelationships and place them in the overall project context - Experience in managing interdisciplinary projects and teams as well as coordinating various stakeholders - Analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work - You think entrepreneurially, maintain an overview even in complex projects, and can align diverse interests into viable solutions - Strong communication and organizational skills, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities complete your profile - Experience in consulting, process optimization, or an internal advisory role is an advantage - Willingness to travel approximately 25% to our company locations - Excellent German and English language skills - Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
