Your Job

As an Assistant to the Head of Business Unit, you will take on a central role close to the management level. In addition to classic administrative tasks and day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for demanding coordination, preparation, and management tasks at a high professional level.

  • In this role, you will provide content-related and organizational support for key topics of the business unit management, ensuring smooth operations in day-to-day business and projects.
  • You will independently prepare complex issues, structure information from various sources, and present it in a management-appropriate manner.
  • Planning, content preparation, and follow-up of meetings, workshops, and internal formats will be your responsibility – including securing results and follow-up.
  • In your area of focus, you will act as an experienced coordination point between executives, departments, and relevant interfaces, ensuring a clear flow of information.
  • You will keep track of ongoing measures, priorities, and deadlines and take responsibility for their management and implementation.
  • You will professionally handle personnel-related and communicative topics and actively contribute to cross-departmental processes.

Your Profile

  • You hold a completed university degree (ideally with a focus on logistics or business) or have completed commercial training with several years of relevant professional experience.
    Ideally, you bring experience in an assistant, management, or communications environment, as well as in a corporate context.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • A structured, precise, and independent way of working, combined with a good sense of priorities, characterizes you.
  • Forward-thinking, reliability, as well as a high degree of discretion and loyalty describe your personality.
  • In interactions with various contacts, you present yourself confidently, communicate in a target-group-oriented manner, and do not shy away from addressing issues clearly.
