As Head of Process Management, you will be responsible for the group-wide end-to-end process landscape of the Rail Cargo Group. You will create the conditions for efficient, high-quality, scalable, and digitalization-ready processes across countries, companies, and functions.
Your Role
- You will establish a group-wide Process Governance with clear roles, responsibilities, and standards, and continuously develop it further.
- You will drive the standardization and harmonization of end-to-end processes across all Rail Cargo companies and functions, ensuring their group-wide rollout and enabling the affected organizational units through appropriate training and communication measures.
- You will ensure transparency of process performance through suitable KPIs and reporting structures.
- You will identify, prioritize, and manage key group-wide process optimization and transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-divisional and cross-country collaboration between business and IT to digitalize and optimize business processes.
- You will ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and the further development and maintenance of relevant management systems and certifications, including the railway-specific safety management system.
Your Profile
- You have leadership experience in Process Management, Operational Excellence, or transformation functions within a corporate environment of an international company, as well as relevant experience in the railway industry or a similarly complex, operationally driven environment.
- You have experience with railway-specific safety management systems as well as in the standardization, harmonization, and optimization of complex business processes across organizational and national boundaries.
- Additionally, you bring experience in managing transformation initiatives and in KPI and performance management.
