Your Profile:

• Completed degree in business studies with a focus on finance and accounting or a solid commercial training with a certified public accountant qualification
• Payroll accounting certification is an advantage but not a requirement
• Several years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting within a medium-sized company or corporate group
• In-depth knowledge of financial statements and closing processes under Austrian GAAP (UGB) as well as experience in consolidation
• Experience with intercompany billing and transfer pricing matters
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in the professional and personal development of a team
• Experience in the implementation or further development of an ERP system
• Solid understanding of Austrian payroll accounting
• Clear communication, decisiveness, and the ability to implement changes constructively

Key Responsibilities Awaiting You:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of a team of around ten employees
• Overall responsibility for ongoing accounting and corporate finance
• Responsibility for the consolidation of the corporate group
• Central contact person for the group-wide transfer pricing system, including documentation and further development
• Leadership in the implementation of a new ERP system as well as the further development and digitalisation of commercial processes
• Gradual establishment of meaningful controlling with planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and management reporting
• Overall responsibility for Austrian payroll accounting, including the evaluation of potential outsourcing
• Management and further development of corporate insurance
