Your Responsibilities

• You research, analyze, and evaluate relevant tenders and help identify suitable project opportunities at an early stage.
• You contribute to the preparation of participation applications and pre-qualifications and provide organizational and content-related support throughout the tendering process.
• You assist in developing proposals and ensure structured follow-up in the subsequent process.
• You apply your technical and commercial understanding to best support the sales team during the proposal and project initiation phase.
• You maintain customer, project, and proposal data meticulously and ensure transparent documentation.
• You communicate with customers and internal departments, acting as a key interface between sales, technical teams, and project management.

Your Profile

• You have completed technical training, ideally a Higher Technical Institute (HTL) in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• You possess technical understanding and an interest in construction projects.
• You work in a structured, precise, and reliable manner.
• You are proficient in using MS Office.
• Experience in tender management is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You enjoy communication and see yourself as an interface between sales, technical teams, project management, and customers.

Salary

For this position, the target salary starts at approximately EUR 3,700 gross per month on a full-time basis. The classification is in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Construction Industry, Employee Group A3. Depending on qualifications and relevant experience, an appropriate salary above this level is possible.
