Your Responsibilities

• Professional and organizational leadership of the Logistics department
• Ensuring timely coordination of all deliveries to avoid delays
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring workflows as well as ensuring the timely acceptance, storage, and provision of goods
• Leading, coordinating, and developing the logistics team, including workforce planning, training, and performance evaluation
• Regular reporting to plant management on progress, challenges, and potential delays using KPIs
• Implementing sustainable improvements to optimize material flow, warehouse processes, and delivery performance
• Planning and monitoring warehouse space to ensure safe and accessible material storage
• Compliance with all legal regulations, safety standards, and internal guidelines
• Communication and coordination with central operational teams and procurement
• Proactive identification of bottlenecks and disruptions along the supply chain

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or equivalent qualification
• Experience in logistics management, ideally in a production environment
• Leadership experience with team management skills desirable
• Experience in process optimization and mapping
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Communication skills and social competence
• Familiarity with logistics and project reporting
• Problem-solving skills and resilience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in German and English

For this leadership position, an annual gross salary starting at €70,000 is planned,
with a willingness to pay above this amount depending on professional experience and qualifications.
