Your Responsibilities – Ensuring Smooth Operations with You at the Helm

Specifically, this position includes the following tasks:

• Management of ongoing accounting, taxes, and duties
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (including valuation of work in progress)
• Development of financial statements for our international branches
• Inventory accounting
• Collaboration in budget preparation and liquidity planning
• Monthly VAT filings in various countries
• Grant management
• Further development of processes based on legal and internal requirements
• Interface with internal departments and external partners such as tax advisors, auditors, funding agencies, insurance companies, and banks

Your Profile – Strong Both Professionally and Personally

You have several years of experience in accounting/financial reporting (handled in BMD) and work independently and reliably.
In addition to your professional experience, you bring the following:

• Commercial training with a focus on accounting
• Completed certified public accountant examination
• Confident handling of MS Office applications and ERP systems
• Affinity for numbers
• Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking and action

You impress with commitment, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented approach. Strong communication skills complete your profile.

Appropriate remuneration according to the collective agreement for the metalworking industry of at least EUR 3,519.91 gross on a full-time basis (with willingness to pay above this rate depending on professional qualifications and experience).
