Your Responsibilities

• Desktop Development: You will play a leading role in the design and further development of complex Windows applications.
• Backend & Data: You will optimize database connectivity and ensure efficient data management using MSSQL.
• Technology Radar: You will evaluate new technologies and support decisions on how modern approaches (e.g., Rust or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter) can be integrated into the existing architecture.
• Clean Code: You will emphasize sustainable software architecture and actively participate in code reviews and process optimizations.

Your Profile

• C# Expert: You have extensive experience in developing Windows desktop applications (C# / .NET). Note: This position explicitly focuses on desktop, not web development.
• SQL Professional: You are proficient in working with MSSQL (database design, query optimization).
• Innovative Mindset: Ideally, you have already gained initial experience with Rust or Flutter or have a strong interest in familiarizing yourself with these areas.
• Personality: You work precisely, think analytically, and appreciate working in a stable, highly skilled team.
• Languages: Excellent German language skills are required for internal communication and documentation.
