• Identifying anomalies in processing and error analysis
• Incident, problem, and change management
• Monitoring

• Communication with internal teams and external service providers

• On-call duty and troubleshooting

Your Qualifications / What We Look For

• Completed IT training or a comparable IT-related degree
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments
• Interest in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with monitoring, ticketing, and documentation systems
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
