As part of our team, you will…

• analyze, further develop, and optimize our business processes in collaboration with the specialist departments.
• actively drive the advancement of our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP systems and provide support for these systems.
• gather, evaluate, and translate requirements from the specialist departments into sustainable IT solution concepts.
• implement IT projects together with internal contacts as well as external partners and service providers.
• define and continuously optimize interfaces, standards, and processes in the interaction of our business applications.
• support users in the environment of central business applications and systematically accompany reported issues until resolution.
• document solutions, processes, and architectural decisions in a traceable manner.

You are a good fit for us if you…

• have completed training in IT (HTL, university, university of applied sciences) and have at least 3 years of professional experience in IT and processes or a similar position.
• count analytical thinking among your strengths and are not afraid to tackle complex topics and seek solutions.
• have knowledge of ERP systems, preferably proAlpha, and PLM systems. Experience with processes in the woodworking industry and CAD systems is an advantage.
• have good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• want to work in a motivated team that values collaboration and mutual support.
• consider a structured and independent working style to be a matter of course.

We place great importance on transparency and fairness. Therefore, we are committed to stating the minimum salary for this position as EUR 53,200 gross per annum based on full-time employment (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined based on your qualifications and professional experience in accordance with our internal compensation structure. We will clarify this together during a get-to-know-you meeting.
