Your Responsibilities

In this versatile position, you will handle ongoing accounting tasks and work closely with the relevant departments and international contacts.
Your key responsibilities include:

• Processing ongoing financial accounting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to UGB and IFRS
• Creation and posting of outgoing invoices
• Review and processing of travel expense and credit card statements
• Preparation of payment transactions and execution of bank transfers
• Posting of payroll accounting
• Support in liquidity planning and management
• Preparation of external reports, for example to Statistik Austria, etc.
• Reconciliation of intercompany receivables and payables

Your Profile

You enjoy working independently, precisely, and responsibly while keeping an overview even with multiple parallel tasks.
Additionally, you bring the following:

• Completed commercial training
• Solid professional experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of Austrian accounting and tax law
• Certified accountant qualification is an advantage
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work approach
• Enjoyment of working in an international environment

Initially, employment will be within the framework of a maternity leave replacement with the option for long-term collaboration. For this position, an annual gross salary starting from EUR 42,000 on a full-time basis is provided. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is, of course, a willingness to offer a higher salary.
