As an Electronics Developer, you will shape the next generation of our welding systems in our 16-member team, working alongside young and experienced colleagues. Your focus will include the following activities:

Your responsibilities:

• Design, development, and series production readiness of high-quality power electronics assemblies for our welding systems
• Simulation, analysis, and optimization of electronic circuits
• Assembly, commissioning, and validation of prototypes
• Close collaboration in development projects with adjacent areas such as software development, mechanical design, welding technology, and industrial engineering
• Support in design reviews and industrialization
• Co-creating technological innovations for future generations of welding products

Your profile:

• Completed technical education (university of applied sciences, university) in electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in electronics or power electronics
• Good knowledge of common development and simulation tools (e.g., PSIM, PLECS, LTspice, MATLAB, Simulink)
• Experience with EMC-compliant circuit design is an advantage
• Structured and independent work approach, enthusiasm for technology, and a strong quality awareness
• Strong team and communication skills as well as a willingness to compromise
• Excellent German and good English skills

Our wages and salaries are above the collective agreement (CA) of the electrical and electronics industry. The CA minimum values range between € 3,888.53 and € 4,993.21 – with a willingness to pay above this. The exact amount depends on your qualifications and experience.
