Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for a professional Order-to-Cash process as well as handling complex customer inquiries and escalations
• Management and continuous optimization of Customer Service and OTC processes
• Coordination of delivery and distribution processes in close collaboration with internal departments and external logistics partners
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in shipping, distribution, and returns management
• Responsibility for Customer Master Data Management, including creation, maintenance, and compliance
• Support and further development of the Stock Management Program (SMP) as well as preparation of relevant reports
• Monitoring of inventory levels, stocktakes, and material flows in cooperation with internal and external partners
• Operational deputy role for the Commercial Operations Manager and assumption of defined representation tasks
• Participation in cross-departmental projects

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, and/or Supply Chain Management
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical environment (including AMG, AMBO, GDP/GMP, BASG, and Pharmig guidelines)
• Experience in master data, inventory, and ideally logistics management
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent communication skills
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and teamwork abilities
• Experience with SAP
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach with strong implementation skills
• Ability to set priorities, make decisions, and continuously improve processes
• Excellent German and good English skills
