Job Description

- Independent management and coordination of national and international construction sites
- Ensuring occupational safety, quality, deadlines, and costs
- Leadership, coordination, and support of assembly and subcontractor teams
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring of all assembly activities
- Progress control, site reporting, and documentation in Insite-LMS
- Communication with clients, project management, and all project stakeholders
- Management of milestones, punch list items, and final inspections
- Organization and leadership of site and coordination meetings

Requirements

- Technical education in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in plant or mechanical engineering
- Experience in assembly and site coordination
- Proficient use of MS Office and MS Project
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving competence, and leadership experience
- Leadership ability, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
- Team player with a confident demeanor in international project environments
- High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and resilience
- Willingness to travel for national and international construction site assignments
