  • provide comprehensive advice and support to ÖBB Group companies on all employment law matters and projects.
  • handle correspondence with courts, authorities, lawyers, and interest groups on all employment and social insurance law issues.
  • prepare responses to lawsuits and other legal documents in employment court and other proceedings.

  • have completed a degree in law and possess specialized knowledge in general civil and employment law.
