Your Profile:

• Training in forwarding, transport, or logistics or comparable professional experience
• Several years of practical experience in sea freight processing
• Proficient use of MS Office
• English language skills for international communication
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent work approach
• Teamwork skills, commitment, and enthusiasm for international logistics

Your Challenge:

• Independent organization and processing of international sea freight shipments (FCL/LCL) in import and export
• Coordination and ongoing alignment with overseas partners, shipping agency representatives, carriers, customers, and other involved parties
• Customer support from order intake to delivery
• Communication with shipping companies, global partners, and customers
• Preparation and verification of transport and customs documents
• Close collaboration with internal specialist departments (including customs)
• Ongoing shipment tracking and transport billing
