- Management of underground construction sites (mechanical tunneling/TBM, drill and blast tunneling)
- Control of construction processes, schedules, costs, and quality
- Leadership and coordination of in-house and subcontractor personnel
- Primary contact for clients, authorities, and project stakeholders
- Contractual execution, reporting, and site documentation
Requirements
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification (e.g., Construction Technician)
- Several years of construction or project experience in tunneling or specialized civil engineering
- Proficient handling of common standards and regulations (ÖNORM, VOB, SIA, etc.)
- Experience with common construction and project software (AUER, iTWO, MS Project, TILOS, etc.)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the DACH region
- Assertiveness, team spirit, and solution-oriented work approach
- Excellent German language skills, Class B driver’s license
