Job Description

- Responsible for proactive acquisition of construction contracts and projects
- Leadership and development of construction managers in the field of existing building construction in line with our culture and values
- Monitoring of project management and technical implementation of general contractor projects, ensuring quality standards, customer requirements, and sustainability aspects
- Proactive support of the Business Unit Manager in departmental leadership and implementation of the departmental strategy
- Active shaping, maintenance, and expansion of networks and customer relationships

Requirements

- Completed technical construction education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University) or comparable qualification in the construction sector
- An existing network in the construction industry in the Vorarlberg region would be an advantage
- Professional experience in (general contractor) project management is desirable, ideally supplemented by initial leadership experience
- Knowledge in project management, construction law, trade law, and construction technology
- Leadership skills, strong communication, and teamwork combined with independent, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial thinking
