Your Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of the SAP HCM process and system landscape in ongoing operations

  • Close cooperation and coordination with internal departments, external SAP consultants, and implementation partners
  • Coordination of internal and external interface processes and implementation of new requirements

Your Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience as an SAP HCM consultant or in a comparable position
  • Experience in the SAP environment, particularly in SAP projects, as well as in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM customizing
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and/or SuccessFactors is an advantage

Salary

Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer performance-based remuneration for this position. The negotiation basis for your future salary with five years of relevant professional experience is an annual gross salary starting from EUR 70,000.
