Skill Team Leader Supply Chain (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION:

• Efficiency, flexibility, and quality are key success factors for our company. You will take responsibility for continuously developing and sustainably improving these in planning, production, and logistics.
• Together with your team, you will shape the organizational development of the areas Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, Production, and Logistics, creating the conditions for further growth.
• You will support the development of new products from a supply chain perspective and ensure a successful transition into series production.
• The evaluation, implementation, and further development of processes, methods, and standards in line with Operational Excellence fall within your area of responsibility.
• Together with the specialist departments, you will drive automation and industrialization projects forward and ensure their successful implementation.
• You will work closely with development, quality, procurement, and other interfaces to create sustainable and efficient solutions.
• As a leader, you will develop your team both professionally and personally, fostering an environment characterized by personal responsibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• You will lead a department with around 50 employees.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have successfully completed a technical or technical-economic degree (university of applied sciences or technical university), for example in Industrial Management, Production Management, Production and Automation Technology, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• You have already gained extensive experience in industrialization, automation, engineering, or Operational Excellence.
• Ideally, you have experience in a manufacturing industrial company as well as in implementing change and optimization projects.
• You have already demonstrated your leadership skills in managing teams and know how to inspire people for common goals.
• You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and make clear and well-founded decisions even in complex situations.
• Thanks to your strong communication skills, you navigate confidently in an interdisciplinary environment and communicate professionally in German and English.
• Analytical thinking, high implementation capability, and a structured, results-oriented working style characterize you.
• You keep an overview even in challenging situations and convince through empathy, perseverance, and a hands-on mentality.
