Your future responsibilities:

In this versatile position, you will take on a responsible role in the commissioning, support, and maintenance of state-of-the-art security systems.

Your tasks will include in particular:

• Commissioning, configuration, and maintenance of complex security systems
• Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair assignments at customer sites
• Fault analysis and independent troubleshooting
• Technical support for installations and system expansions
• Quality assurance and functional testing of systems
• Documentation of completed work
• Participation in on-call duty after appropriate training

What you bring to the table:

You have a technical education and enjoy working independently as well as solution-oriented.

Ideally, you have:

• Completed technical education (HTL, technical college, or apprenticeship) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience as a service technician or in technical customer service
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and fault rectification in technical systems
• Experience with Windows systems; Linux and network knowledge is an advantage
• Structured and independent way of working
• High customer and service orientation
• Willingness to travel within Austria
• Category B driving licence
• Good German language skills and solid English skills

Remuneration:

For this position, a gross monthly salary of at least €3,000 is provided. Depending on qualifications, professional experience, and technical expertise, there is, of course, a willingness to offer a significantly higher salary.
