- Coordination and monitoring of projects
- Efficient billing and cost allocation (supported by AUER construction software)
- Implementation and monitoring of workplace safety on construction sites
- Tendering and awarding of subcontractors
- Participation in meetings with clients, site supervision, etc.
- Point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Preparation of work schedules
- Team leadership

Requirements

- Completed technical education in construction (HTL, university of applied sciences, master builder, construction trades school)
- Practical experience and several years of professional experience in construction execution
- Practical experience using the AUER tendering, estimation, and billing software
- Knowledge of iTwo is an advantage
- Assertiveness and a healthy team-oriented mindset
- Leadership skills and good people skills
- Reliability and commitment
- Openness to further training
