Job Description

- Independent management of existing clients
- Planning, analysis, maintenance, and commissioning of IT systems
- Management of complex IT environments
- Independent troubleshooting and incident resolution on-site and remotely

Requirements

- HTL, HAK, university of applied sciences degree, or equivalent education, or a completed IT qualification
- Several years of professional experience with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, file servers, etc.) as well as virtualization and solid knowledge of networking technology
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Advantageous: Experience with VMware, Veeam, Sophos
- Analytical thinking, creativity, and technical affinity, solution-oriented approach
- Enthusiasm for further education in IT
- Teamwork skills
