Job Description

- As operational support in fruit procurement, you will assist due to continuously growing and increasingly complex purchasing channels
- Your responsibilities include order processing: creating and managing orders, monitoring delivery dates, and ensuring timely delivery
- Document management, including material and master data management, as well as invoice verification, resolving discrepancies, and handling complaints, is particularly important
- In your daily work, you will be involved in supplier evaluation and assurance, as well as demand assessment and quantity planning
- Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for quality assurance of the purchased materials
- Internal coordination with various departments such as Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and many others is part of your daily routine

Requirements

- You have completed commercial training (AHS, HAK) or equivalent education
- Ideally, you already have experience in procurement and SAP knowledge
- Your committed, reliable, and independent way of working, along with team spirit and high social competence, set you apart
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
