Job Description

- Independent mechanical design of innovative electric drives
- Mechanical, thermal, and manufacturing optimization of drives
- Supervision of testing and trial series
- Implementation of development projects from concept to series production readiness
- Technical contact for internal departments as well as customers and suppliers
- Contribution to technological advancement

Requirements

- Technical education (mechanical engineering, drive technology, mechatronics, or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in the development and design of mechanical components
- Proficiency in one of the common CAD systems (preferably SolidWorks)
- Knowledge of standard manufacturing processes
- Flexibility, teamwork, implementation strength, commitment, reliability, and independent work
- Analytical thinking and structured approach
- English skills are an advantage
