Station and Property Management is responsible for the holistic management of buildings, structures, and associated facilities.

This position is a fixed-term parental leave cover until 31.12.2027

Your Role

  • You will assume overall responsibility for the management of the built and undeveloped properties assigned to you, and oversee both external and internal commercial property management, including initiating measures for contract violations or unauthorized use, as well as maintaining records of all management-relevant contracts.
  • You will serve as the central point of contact for tenants, colleagues from other business areas, authorities, and municipalities. Additionally, you will coordinate the work of property caretakers and real estate management assistants in your assigned area.
  • You will create and prioritize maintenance and investment planning, and coordinate the commissioning of maintenance, reinvestments, and operational cost-related services such as landscaping, winter services, or cleaning.
  • You will handle all tenant matters, such as rent reductions, lease succession, handovers, returns, terminations, and changes to the basis of rent invoicing (e.g., category upgrades/changes).
  • You will be responsible for receivables management (including dunning and insolvency proceedings), prepare regular reports, analyze data, and derive measures for project planning.

Your Profile

  • You hold a university degree, a high school diploma (Matura), or a completed vocational training with a relevant specialization (e.g., property manager, real estate agent) AND have relevant professional experience in property management.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of commercial and technical property management.
  • Your personality is characterized by organizational skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • You impress with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor towards tenants, authorities, and service providers.
  • In addition to an impeccable reputation, you can provide a Class B driver’s license.
