The Paris Lodron University of Salzburg is in an exciting phase of digital advancement and is strategically expanding its IT Service Management. For this central role, we are seeking an experienced individual with solid ITSM expertise who challenges existing structures, establishes professional service processes, and actively shapes the further development of IT services. As IT Service Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a key interface function between departments, IT teams, and external partners. You will create transparency in complex IT landscapes, develop sustainable service processes, and play a significant role in continuously improving service quality and collaboration within the IT department.
