DETAILED TASK OVERVIEW:

• Recording of ongoing business transactions
• Processing of payment transactions and account maintenance
• Preparation of monthly tax returns and declarations (advance VAT return, recapitulative statement) for Austria, Germany, and Slovakia
• Dunning process
• Creation of statistics and evaluations
• Professional point of contact for colleagues
• Further development of internal processes and systems, e.g., accounting guidelines, training of employees from other departments, digitalization
• Data preparation for payroll accounting, creation of employment contracts, creditor and debtor management including master data administration, assistance in the preparation of quarterly financial statements
• Contact person for tax authorities, auditors, tax advisors, and banks
• Assistance in the preparation of the annual financial statements according to UGB
• Review of import and export documents

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed commercial education (HAK or equivalent)
• Completed accountant certification or several years of experience in accounting
• Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with the ERP system Navision is an advantage
• Initiative, precision, assertiveness, flexibility, communication skills, teamwork
