Job Description

- Lead and coordinate projects for the development, operation, and improvement of IT Service Management processes.
- Serve as the interface to IT departments, gather and analyze requirements, and ensure their integration into ITSM processes.
- Train and educate the organization on new services and processes.
- Document and create training materials.

Requirements

- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in IT Service Management and project leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL methodology and its practical application.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to convey complex matters clearly and conduct training sessions.
