Job Description

- Support in defining the requirements that technicians need for the safe and smooth commissioning of our lighting solutions. Additionally, you will review these requirements before product release.
- You develop training concepts and derive appropriate training formats. Subsequently, you create the content for in-person training sessions and ensure the procurement of the necessary equipment. You conduct in-person training sessions independently.
- The ability to create high-quality e-learning modules rounds off your profile.
- You support our technicians, partners, and customers in holistic problem-solving – by phone, email, remotely, or on-site – to ensure our lighting solutions are optimally tailored to customer needs.
- You actively contribute to the continuous improvement process by systematically passing on insights from training sessions, support cases, and complaints to product development.

Requirements

- You have completed vocational training (e.g., HTL, university of applied sciences, university) in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field and ideally have initial experience with building management systems.
- Alternatively, as a career changer, you bring several years of professional experience in support or training, are technically skilled, and terms such as automation, building control technology, or network technology are familiar to you.
- You are a responsible team player with strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.
- You have excellent German and good English language skills.
- Independence, reliability, and a proactive approach characterize your work style.
- You enjoy working in an international environment and are prepared to spend approximately 20% of your working time on business trips.
