Job Description

- Implementation of customer-specific product and lighting solutions in the areas of costing, quotation preparation, order processing, and planning support.
- Development of technical specifications including cost breakdown, timeline, and risk analysis for sales quotations.
- Project and order processing in close coordination with the relevant departments.
- Technical consulting and support for sales on special solutions in mechanics, electronics, general lighting, lighting technology, and IoT.
- Translation of customer requirements into feasible concepts (design, technical description, budget costs).
- Analysis and evaluation of new product developments and special solutions for economic viability and feasibility.
- Innovation driver for our brands and product management.
- Project coordination with sales, architects, and lighting designers at the customer's site.

Requirements

- Technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university, or vocational training) in electronics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- Professional experience desirable but not required (career starters are welcome).
- Experience with common project management methods and tools as well as product development processes is an advantage.
- As a project manager, you possess creativity and flexibility as well as initiative and assertiveness.
- Sense of responsibility, good time management, stress resistance, team player skills, resilience, and the ability to prioritize.
- High communication skills, excellent verbal expression, and strong argumentation in German and English.
