Job Description

- Supporting the project management in the successful execution of building construction projects – from tendering through planning and implementation to acceptance and settlement
- Assisting in the coordination and supervision of ongoing construction projects as well as close collaboration with internal and external project stakeholders
- Supporting the construction department and property management in day-to-day operations
- Ensuring professional project documentation and maintaining relevant data and records
- Handling organizational and administrative tasks, such as office management, invoice processing, and general project assistance

Requirements

- Completed technical training in the field of construction (e.g., civil engineering HTL, technical draftsperson, construction trades school, or equivalent)
- Initial practical experience in building construction is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office and knowledge of CAD and tendering software
- Structured and meticulous work approach as well as an interest in professional development
- Team spirit, initiative, and high level of commitment
