What to expect:

• Optimal customer care and active communication at eye level: from order intake including diagnosis, order creation, and invoicing to quality control
• Complaint management and warranty processing
• Scheduling of work orders based on employees' skills and appointment coordination to ensure optimal workshop utilization
• Option for medium-term takeover of workshop management through structured succession planning with the goal of leading a service operation while adhering to agreed performance targets and managing and developing approximately 25 workshop employees

What you bring to the table:

• Professional experience in the automotive industry and a technical automotive qualification
• Master craftsman certification and truck driving license C/CE
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a service-oriented mindset
• Initial experience in team leadership – and a passion for it
• Independent work style, organizational skills, reliability, and enthusiasm for Scania
