Your Responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to quality, deadline, and productivity targets
• Responsibility for leading and operationally managing the production area
• Monitoring manufacturing quality and compliance with all quality guidelines
• Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes and production workflows
• Leading and motivating employees within your area of responsibility
• Organizing and ensuring the availability of machinery, equipment, and operating resources
• Close collaboration with technical planning, production preparation, quality assurance, and other interfaces
• Participation in the introduction of new manufacturing methods and production standards
• Ensuring compliance with all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations

Your Profile:

• Completed education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university degree, master craftsman) in industrial engineering, production technology, construction or related trades, or similar
• Several years of experience in a manufacturing company, ideally as a production manager
• Practical experience in optimizing production processes
• Leadership experience of at least 3 years desired
• Social competence and confident interaction with employees at all levels
• Strong communication skills, structured work approach, assertiveness
• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal

For this varied position, an annual gross salary of at least EUR 80,000 is planned, with a willingness to pay above this amount for the right qualifications.
