The role includes responsibility for a small team as well as the active further development of procurement processes in a modern industrial environment.

You have several years of experience in procurement within a manufacturing company and ideally bring a technical background. Working with ERP systems is as natural to you as the active use of digital and IT-supported processes. With your structured approach, process-oriented thinking, and sense for efficient workflows, you drive optimizations in a targeted manner.

• Holistic professional and organizational leadership of the operational procurement team
• Ensuring timely material supply for production
• Responsibility for order management and monitoring of delivery deadlines
• Selection, support, and development of suppliers
• Involvement in contract negotiations and optimization of procurement strategies
• Identification and implementation of cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement measures
• Analysis of relevant procurement KPIs and derivation of appropriate measures
• Continuous further development and digitalization of procurement processes
• Close collaboration with production, logistics, and other internal interfaces

• Completed technical or commercial education; a technical background is an advantage.
• Several years of professional experience in procurement, ideally in a manufacturing industrial environment.
• Confident handling of established ERP systems and affinity for digital and IT-supported processes.
• Analytical mindset, strong process understanding, and interest in the continuous optimization of workflows.
• Leadership strength, communication skills, and a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Our client offers an annual gross salary starting from EUR 58,000, with a willingness to pay above this depending on your experience and qualifications.
