The Strategic Real Estate Management (SSI) division is responsible within ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG for the strategic direction of properties and buildings that do not directly serve rail operations.
Your Role
- The strategic further development of our real estate portfolio is one of your core responsibilities, as is the establishment and advancement of tools and processes for strategic real estate management.
- You will analyze real estate and sub-portfolios, deriving appropriate recommendations for action and management measures.
- You will prepare decision-making bases for management.

Your Profile
- You hold a completed university degree with a focus on real estate or business administration. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in portfolio, asset, or real estate management, or in strategy, controlling, or corporate development (preferably in real estate or infrastructure) is required.
- You already have experience in preparing management-ready and concise content.
- You possess very good MS Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and enjoy learning and mastering new tools.
