WH Digital Services GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of WH Media GmbH, is part of Wien Holding in the business segment "Digital, International and Services" and unites the growing business areas of Digital Media, Software Development, and IT.

The IT business unit is responsible for providing group-wide IT services and the further development of digital infrastructure.

To strengthen our team in the IT business unit, we are looking for a

Project Manager in the IT Environment (all genders)

Full-time (38.5 hours per week)

Your Tasks

• You take the lead on a variety of projects – from rolling out individual products within the Holding to setting up IT for entirely new locations.
• You define the goals, content, tasks, and acceptance criteria in projects together with the project team.
• You gather the necessary information and create the required project documentation (project organization chart, project environments, timeline, resource plan, risk management, etc.).
• You coordinate both internal and external service providers as well as relevant stakeholders in the project.
• You are responsible for aligning and ensuring compliance with the cooperation obligations of clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• You ensure that communication and reporting are targeted and up-to-date for the stakeholders and project environments to be defined.
• You organize and moderate the necessary project and alignment meetings at all levels and document the results.
• You maintain project information in the specified systems and tools and create additional documentation as needed.

Your Profile

• You have extensive project management experience in the IT sector within a corporate environment.
• As an IT generalist, you skillfully coordinate various employees and partners to achieve project goals.
• You have gained comprehensive experience in implementing medium to large IT initiatives.
• Ideally, you can present certifications in project management (PMA, PMI, etc.) and/or in agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe).
• You communicate clearly, understandably, and in a target-group-oriented manner – both in personal conversations and during presentations at all corporate levels.
• You have already gained experience in risk management and change management within projects.
• Working in the Microsoft Office environment or with project management tools is nothing new to you.
• You bring empathy, team spirit, and openness when dealing with different target groups.
• You possess a strong technical understanding and the ability to analyze, prepare, and convey complex topics in an understandable way.
• You are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a constantly evolving environment.

The minimum collective agreement salary is based on the collective agreement for employees of companies in the field of automated data processing and information technology services, starting at level ST1 with EUR 3,175.00 gross per month. Depending on qualifications, experience, and responsibilities, a different classification or higher salary may be offered.
