Your Responsibilities

• As a BSH Project Sales Representative, you will further develop the well-managed sales territory of Western/Central Switzerland through active acquisition.
• You will advise customers on the use of BSH and BSP components and demonstrate the diversity of already completed projects.
• You will be responsible for submitting offers and conducting contract negotiations, ensuring growth and increased sales at the location.
• You will achieve sales targets in collaboration with the sales team.
• You will represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally combined with an apprenticeship in carpentry, joinery, structural engineering, or equivalent.
• Several years of B2B sales experience in the timber industry; career changers with experience in building materials or comparable commodities are also welcome.
• An entrepreneurial-minded personality who approaches an exciting sales role with enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, willingness to travel within Switzerland, and excellent German and English, ideally also French and/or Italian.

Our client offers you a future-oriented sales position with performance-based remuneration, a fixed salary of at least €60,000.00 p.a. plus bonuses and a company car. Willingness to pay above this level for the right qualifications and experience, as well as continuous professional development, are certainly provided.
