Your Responsibilities:

• Advising and supporting sports clubs in Vienna on topics related to club management and development
• Conducting club assessments to analyze strengths, challenges, and development potential
• Advising newly founded or young clubs ("Verein am Start")
• Providing expert support on topics such as volunteering, member recruitment, organization, financing, communication, and digitalization
• Moderating discussions and development processes with club officials
• Participating in information events, workshops, and networking formats
• Documenting advisory processes and collaboration within the ASVÖ advisory team

Your Profile:

• Completed education or relevant experience in sports, club management, non-profit organizations, or consulting
• Experience in working with clubs or voluntary structures is an advantage
• Enjoyment of consulting, communication, and collaborative problem-solving
• Independent, structured, and responsible work approach
• Excellent communication and social skills
